Questions, answered.
Are pets welcome?
Yes! Well-behaved dogs are welcome at all RV sites and in cabins. A pet fee applies to cabin stays. For everyone’s safety and enjoyment, please keep pets on a leash while on the property and clean up after them. And don’t be surprised if the lake becomes their favorite part of the trip too!
Are you open in winter?
Year-round. Warm cabins, cold mornings — and White Pass skiing about 20 minutes up the road. Some services run reduced hours in the off-season.
Can I launch my boat? Is there moorage?
Yes — we have a boat launch and a marina on Rimrock Lake. Slips can be added to your reservation, subject to availability.
Do you have full hookups? What size rig fits?
We offer full hookup (water, power & sewer) and water + electric sites, with pull-throughs up to 50 ft. Pick your rig length when you search and we'll only show sites that fit.
What are check-in and check-out times?

What's your cancellation policy?
Plans change — here is how it works. Cancel 30 or more days before you arrive and you get your money back, minus a flat admin fee of $20 per RV site or $50 per cabin. There is no fully free cancellation, but that fee is all you lose. Prefer to move your stay instead? Your first date change is on us 15 or more days out, subject to availability and any difference in rate.
Closer to your arrival date, the refund steps down:
- 14–29 days before arrival — 50% of what you paid, minus the admin fee. The other half is not refunded.
- 0–13 days before arrival — no refund. If we rebook your site or cabin for the same dates, management may offer a limited-term camp credit, but that is a case-by-case call and never a guarantee.
Holiday and peak stays are stricter. That covers Memorial Day Weekend, the July 4th Week, Labor Day Weekend, and any designated special event or peak weekend: a full refund minus the admin fee 30 or more days out, and no refund at all inside 29 days.
The exact policy for your dates is always shown before you pay, right in the booking flow.
